The best plans
start with
“walk?”

No big production. Just a familiar park, a little fresh air, and someone new to share it with.

  1. 01

    Let your dog say hello.

Pick a playful avatar. Share their breed, age, energy and the little things that make them, them.

  2. 02

    Find your kind of walk.

A slow sniff around the park or a longer wander. Pick a public spot and a pace that fits.

  3. 03

    Make a little plan.

Request to join, or choose a time and start your own. Small groups. Simple plans. Wagging tails.

Meet your dog's profile

Thoughtful by nature

Good company.
Clear boundaries.

Friendship should start with a hello,
not your home address.

01

Meet at the park. Keep home private.

Pins show outdoor places, never a person's live location. Search an Australian town, or choose to use your approximate location.

02

Your dog does the introductions.

Dog names and illustrated avatars lead the way. No human name or home address required.

03

A little say in who comes along.

Request to join a walk. Hosts choose their group. You can leave a plan or block another member. Sample walks let you try the flow first.

Public places and owner-reported traits can't guarantee safety. Take introductions slowly, respect local rules, and trust your instincts.

Before we head out

A few little
questions.

Can I try PetPals now?

Explore real places around Australia, starting with Wannanup and Avalon Beach, or try the fictional sample walks. When member sign-in is available, add your dog’s profile to plan and join shared walks.

Does it show my live location?

No. Location is requested only when you choose Use my location, then rounded to an area. Map and search providers receive the viewed area and your IP address. Your position is not saved or shown to members.

What if my dog needs a little space?

Add their needs to their profile and your walk notes. Choose an easy pace, on-lead walks and a small group. Dog traits are owner-reported, so always discuss needs and introduce dogs carefully.

Can I organise a walk myself?

In the member pilot, sign in, add your dog’s profile and choose an approved public meeting spot. Set a time, pace and group size, then approve requests. The separate sample preview saves practice plans only in your browser.

Where are my details saved?

Sample profiles and practice walks stay in your browser. Member accounts save your dog profile and walks across devices. Walk chat is for accepted participants; reports go to the pilot operator’s private queue. Your email stays private.
